By accessing this web site and or utilizing Cassey’s Designs services, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and or Cassey’s Designs LLC’s Services. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

*Any mention of we, us, Cassey, Cassey Banks, Cassey’s Designs, and Cassey’s Designs LLC. DOES imply relationship to Cassey’s Designs Limited Libilaty Company.

a. Website and Blog Designs – Terms of Use

i. Cassey’s Designs website and blog designs cannot be cut up, altered, re-used or re-distributed in any way! If you would like to make design changes to the site on your own or with a different designer, you will be required to purchase a copyright license release from Cassey’s Designs.

ii. You may not remove Cassey’s Designs links or credits for the design of the website from the footer of the website. You may not claim my work as your own! Cassey’s Designs does retain all copyrights for the designs completed. If Cassey’s Designs link is removed without gaining written consent from me, I have the right to require that the design and all graphics and assets associated with it be removed immediately. You will not receive any refunds or compensation if you are required to remove my designs due to violating the terms of this agreement.

iii. You will be required to provide any login information needed for the completion of your site and features. You will not be asked to provide any information to bank accounts or accounts of similar purposes over the phone or on this website by Cassey! Accounts Cassey’s Designs may need access to include (but are not limited to) your domain register, your hosting account, some social networks (for networking features) and your business related email account (email account used with your website or blog).

b. Logo and Graphic Designs – Terms of Use

i. Cassey’s Designs graphic designs cannot be cut up, altered, re-used or re-distributed in any way! If you would like to make design changes to your graphics on your own or with a different designer, you will be required to purchase a copyright license release from Cassey’s Designs.

ii. For Vector and Raster Designs, Cassey’s Designs will provide the agreed upon number of concepts and complete development of the agreed upon number of concepts. Additional versions of your logo are available for a fee per alteration, this charge is based on the type of alterations needed and for additional file preparation. Once you approve your concept(s), Cassey’s Designs will develop it(them) with up to 15 revision changes and then your design will be finalized after your approval. If you decide to change your direction after development has begun you will be subject to additional charges. Please ensure that you have a clear vision of what you are looking for before approving any concepts.

c. All design files will be delivered by email. Cassey’s Designs does not personally handle any printing. If you would like contact information for recommended third party printers, arrangements can be made.

d. Once your design is complete and your files have been delivered to you, any additional changes will be subject to additional charges.

e. Freebie Products – Terms of Use

i. Cassey does offer some designs that are free for you to use! These designs are CLEARLY identified as freebie designs! If you use a design that is offered free of charge (freebies) you may NOT do the following:

• You may NOT remove Cassey’s Designs Logo, Watermark, or any other credits used on the image.
• You may NOT alter, modify, or change the design in any way.
• You may NOT add to the design (ie.. borders, graphics, logos, etc..) without obtaining permission from Cassey.
• You may NOT claim the design as your own!

ii. Permission for adding specific event information, contact information, team information etc.. will be given on a case by case basis!

iii. Cassey’s Designs does ask that you send links to pages where you have used designs by Cassey or tag Cassey Banks or Cassey’s Designs in your post so that feedback can be followed and addressed when applicable. This is not a requirement!

2. General – Terms of Use

a. Cassey’s Designs does custom designs only. If you want a design that is identical to a design you have found on the web only customized with your business then you need to contact the designer who created it. Cassey’s Designs will not copy any design for you or knowingly violate any copyrights. If you submit a design idea that is not your own without informing Cassey that you do not own the idea, Cassey’s Designs retains the right to terminate your project immediately and no refunds or credits will be issued!

b. Cassey reserves the right to use any designs completed by Cassey’s Designs for use in Cassey’s Designs portfolio, and to display on Cassey’s various websites and social networks (ie. Blog, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc…). Cassey will most often tag you (if applicable) in your products so that you can be notified of or follow any feedback given.

c. Cassey’s Designs does retain the right to sell any designs that you do not purchase. Your company/team/business name and or slogans will not be sold with these designs.

3. Disclaimer

a. The materials on Cassey’s Designs LLC’s web site are provided for previewing only. Cassey’s Designs makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Cassey’s Designs LLC does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

b. Brands displayed on this website do not reflect any thoughts, beliefs or policies of Cassey’s Designs. Brand Identities are provided for previewing previous work only.

4. Limitations

a. In no event shall Cassey’s Designs or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Cassey’s Designs or external hosting and domain issues, even if Cassey’s Designs or a Cassey’s Designs LLC. authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
